What happens after the 12-month minimum?
After 12 months, your subscription continues on a month-to-month basis. You’re welcome to stay as long as you like—many clients do because they value the support, updates, and peace of mind we provide. It’s a flexible way to keep your website running smoothly without any long-term pressure.
How does the onboarding process work?
Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll be invited to a kickoff meeting with our team. We’ll walk you through the next steps, gather the details we need, and answer any questions. This ensures we’re aligned before we start building your site.
Are additional pages a one-time cost?
Yes—if you need more than what’s included in your plan, we charge a flat rate per additional page.
For example, 3 extra pages would be a one-time fee for those pages—not a recurring monthly charge.
When does billing start?
Your first payment acts as a deposit and will be applied to your final month. Subscription billing officially begins once your website is launched. If we launch mid-month, your first billing cycle is prorated.
Can I upgrade or add services later?
Yes! You can add blogs, social content, email campaigns, or lead generation anytime. We designed everything to be modular—just plug in what you need as you grow.

I already own my domain - can I get a discount?
While it’s helpful, the subscription covers way more than the domain—like hosting, maintenance, content support, and more. So the pricing stays the same, but we’ll connect your domain at no extra charge.
Can you build the website on our hosting instead?
To keep things simple and stress-free, we host all client sites on our system. That’s how we’re able to guarantee performance, handle updates quickly, and make sure everything works smoothly behind the scenes.
Can I move off the subscription and host the site myself?
Yes. Our subscription has a 12-month minimum. After that, it continues month-to-month, and you’re free to cancel anytime.
If you decide to move your site to your own hosting, we can help with the transition. A one-time transfer fee applies—unless you’ve been with us for 24 months or more, in which case the transfer is free.
Why 24 months? That’s roughly the equivalent of paying for the full build upfront—so by then, the cost of designing and launching your site has been covered.
It’s like getting your site at today’s price, paid monthly with 0% interest, no concerns about inflation or future rate hikes.
What happens if I don't pay on time?
We understand life gets busy — we offer a short grace period if a payment is missed—but if payments continue to go unpaid and we’re unable to reach you, we may need to pause your service and take the website offline.
If the account remains inactive without communication, we reserve the right to cancel the subscription and request payment for the full remaining value of the site.
We’re always happy to work with you—just keep us updated. We’re flexible and understanding, but we do need open communication to continue supporting your business.
I have a website but want help with content and social media.
You can skip the website and just subscribe to any of our content or campaign add-ons with a small set-up fee. We’re happy to support your existing setup.
Why are your prices lower than a traditional agency?
Because we’re not an agency—we’re built differently. We use AI to move fast and real people to make it work for you. That means less overhead, fewer delays, and more value packed into a simple monthly subscription.
What if I don't need the website anymore?
After your initial 12-month commitment, you can cancel anytime. Your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle. No pressure, no penalty—just let us know when you’re ready.
How do you handle payments, and what methods do you accept?
We send payment requests via Payoneer. Subscriptions are paid monthly, and we accept most major payment methods supported by the platform. If you ever need a custom payment setup, let us know—we’ll find the simplest solution.
Do you offer refunds?
If we’re unable to deliver something you’re happy with before work begins, we’ll refund your initial payment. Once we start building your site and you’ve approved the direction, refunds are generally not available. That said, we always aim to be fair—just reach out and we’ll work with you if something’s not right.
How long does the website take to build?
Most websites launch within 1–4 weeks, depending on how quickly we get your content, images, and approvals. We’ll guide you through each step to keep things moving smoothly.
Do you offer a lump sum option?
Yes. If you’d rather pay upfront, the cost is equivalent to 24 months of the standard monthly plan. With a lump sum, we can build the site directly on your hosting or host it for you at a minimal $15/month. Just keep in mind—you’ll be responsible for maintaining it once it’s live.
Do you offer e-commerce websites?
Yes. If you need an e-commerce website, we simply add $95 on top of our $95 standard monthly subscription. This includes payment gateway integration, management of your first 10 products, and ongoing e-commerce support.
