What’s the difference between one-time and subscription plans?
The subscription keeps your site fresh and supported month after month—perfect if you want zero maintenance. The one-time option gives you a complete launch that you fully own, great for those who like to stay hands-on.
For Subscription, what happens after the 12-month minimum?
After 12 months, your subscription continues on a month-to-month basis. You’re welcome to stay as long as you like—many clients do because they value the support, updates, and peace of mind we provide. It’s a flexible way to keep your website running smoothly without any long-term pressure.
How does the onboarding process work?
Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll be invited to a kickoff meeting with our team. We’ll walk you through the next steps, gather the details we need, and answer any questions. This ensures we’re aligned before we start building your site.
Are additional pages a one-time cost?
Yes—if you need more than what’s included in your plan, we charge a flat rate per additional page.
For example, 3 extra pages would be a one-time fee for those pages—not a recurring monthly charge.
When does billing start for the subscription model?
Your first payment acts as a deposit and will be applied to your final month. Subscription billing officially begins once your website is launched. If we launch mid-month, your first billing cycle is prorated.
Can I upgrade or add services later?
Yes! You can add blogs, social content, email campaigns, or lead generation anytime. We designed everything to be modular—just plug in what you need as you grow.
What if I need more than the alloted pages?
You can add extra pages anytime for $30 One time Payment per page. Just tell us what you need, and our team will take care of the rest.
I already own my domain - can I get a discount?
While it’s helpful, the subscription covers way more than the domain—like hosting, maintenance, content support, and more. So the pricing stays the same, but we’ll connect your domain at no extra charge. As you know, we’ve priced them as low as possible to keep things simple and budget-friendly.
Can you build the website on our hosting instead?
To keep things simple and stress-free, we host all client sites on our system. That’s how we’re able to guarantee performance, handle updates quickly, and make sure everything works smoothly behind the scenes.
I have a website but want help with content and social media.
You can skip the website and just subscribe to any of our content or campaign add-ons with a small set-up fee. We’re happy to support your existing setup.
