Refund and Cancellation

Last Updated: June 4, 2026

At Marqueeteer (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we deliver high-impact local search dominance, social media management, and automated AI operational infrastructures. Because our services involve immediate resource allocation, digital software deployment, and active marketing campaign development, we govern our subscriptions under the following transparent Refund and Cancellation Policy.

By subscribing to any of our marketing tiers, add-ons, or our AI Operational Suite, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

1. Cancellation Policy (Strict 30-Day Notice)

We operate on a flexible, month-to-month subscription framework with no long-term or multi-year contract commitments. However, to ensure an orderly wind-down of active campaigns and data pipelines, we require a strict notice period for termination:

  • 30-Day Written Notice Requirement: To cancel your subscription, you must submit a written cancellation request via email to your assigned account strategist or our support desk (support@marqueeteer.com).
  • Final Billing Cycle: Because a 30-day notice is mandatory, your final invoice will be prorated or a final standard monthly charge will apply depending on exactly where your notice falls within your current monthly billing track.
  • Transition Period Access: You will maintain full, uninterrupted access to all Marqueeteer services, AI receptionist structures, and active analytics dashboards throughout your final 30-day transition window.
  • Post-Cancellation Offboarding: Upon the final calendar day of your notice window, Marqueeteer will disconnect active directory sync networks, terminate AI lead receptionist processing layers, and remove agency management links from your social media and map channels. We are not responsible for subsequent drops in search positions or data profile sync variations enforced by external search engine algorithms after services conclude.

2. General Refund Policy

  • Advance Monthly Subscription Payments: All standard recurring monthly subscriptions are billed one month in advance and are strictly non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced. We do not issue partial, prorated, or full refunds for mid-month cancellations or for unused features within your selected tier.
  • Third-Party Fees & Ad Spend: For clients utilizing tiers with active ad tracking (e.g., Full-Stack Authority), all advertising budget spend is paid directly by the client to the respective advertising platform (such as Google LSAs). Marqueeteer exercises zero control over these funds, and ad platform spends are entirely non-refundable under any circumstance.
  • Annual Subscriptions: If you chose our annual billing option (where you received one full month free by paying for 11 months upfront), your payment is non-refundable after your initial onboarding phase. Annual terminations will remain active until the conclusion of the 12-month paid term.

3. European Union Right of Withdrawal (Derecho de Desistimiento)

Because Marqueeteer operates out of Spain, we comply with EU consumer protection frameworks regarding remote contracts:

  • The 14-Day Window: If you are registering a brand as a corporate entity or professional sole trader within the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 calendar days from your initial sign-up date without specifying a reason.
  • Immediate Performance Waiver: Our baseline technical foundation and auditing configurations aim to launch within 48 hours of onboarding. By completing your onboarding questionnaire and providing active platform credentials, you explicitly request that Marqueeteer begin performance immediately during your 14-day withdrawal window.
  • Execution Clause: You acknowledge and agree that once our initial technical setup has been fully executed, your right to an unconditional refund under the EU withdrawal framework is waived, as digital labor and software deployment will have already occurred.

4. Failed Payments and Payment Defaulters

Marqueeteer utilizes highly secure third-party billing software architectures (e.g., Stripe) to manage automated monthly recurring subscription billing parameters.

  • Dunning Protocols: If an advance payment charge is declined or fails due to insufficient funds, card expiration, or billing network blocks, our automated billing systems will attempt to process the payment up to three (3) subsequent times over a 14-day sequence.
  • Suspension of Services: If a subscription account remains past due for more than five (5) business days, Marqueeteer reserves the right to immediately pause all active marketing campaigns, disconnect AI Lead Receptionist features, and temporarily revoke client access to performance trackers until your account balance is brought current.
  1. New Route Creation: Build a dedicated web page at [marqueeteer.com/refund-and-cancellation/](https://marqueeteer.com/refund-and-cancellation/).
  2. Universal Footer Link: Add the link Refund & Cancellation into the footer navigation code of your master template file (marqueeteer-fullpage (1).html).
  3. Stripe Compliance Note: Stripe and other major credit card merchant accounts require a visible Refund and Cancellation policy link directly on your payment or checkout paths to defend against illegitimate chargeback disputes. Having this page live gives you instant leverage to win any credit card chargeback disputes.
